My son makes me laugh. Maybe he'll make you laugh, too.
Do you want some grains?

Six items running at full blast through a well-engineered engine will put you, and something like 50 tons of cargo, into space. Alternatively, if you thrust sideways, you will briefly be a fireball screaming across the sky at mach 14 before you melt from atmospheric friction.

Thank you for the offer, but I have some. Last year, I discovered that I felt significantly better when I ate yogurt twice a day, but I couldn't afford to keep buying it. Kefir is easier than easy to make, you can do amazing things with it (best pancakes ever), and I've saved a ton of $$. If you're offering, does that mean you make it, too?fectin wrote:Do you want some grains?

I jumped on a "Kefir Soda" kickstarter a while back. Katz's book built it up as this mysterious, hard-to-find thing, so I was glad to get it. I've mostly been using it to make fruit sodas (because my attempts at traditional kefor have been... unsuccessful).
Unfortunately, that means I went from a tiny, tiny tupperware of kefir seeds to a full bell jar. There's no dairy in there, so I can ship them easily, but I'm really not sure what to do with them all.

Not a Wiki link, but in the spirit of a thread about knowing stuff...
Map Tunnel
If you ever want to know what's on the Earth opposite where you are (or any other place in the world), use this. It's awesome.

Also, blue lava. That's so gorgeous and amazing I'm speechless.
